La historia de Javier es inspiradora, no todo fue miel sobre hojuelas para él. Cuando sus padres lo enviaron de su natal Nogales, Sonora, a los Estados Unidos, empezó a trabajando como aprendiz de instalador de azulejo. “¡Fueron tiempos de arduo trabajo!”. Asegura Javier. “Pero me gustaba y quería hacer esto”.
A muy corta edad, Javier se casó con Juanita, con quien superó el reto de ser esposos y padres con un sin número de problemas, dolor y angustia, los cuales superaron a base de cariño y comprensión. Juntos criaron a tres hijos: Javier Jr., Jonatan y Juliette.
G’s Flooring LLC
Como todo comienzo, fue difícil para el ambicioso joven que, después de algunos años trabajando de sol a sol, llegó a crear G’s Flooring LLC. Esta experiencia inspiró a Javier y a Juanita a apoyar a personas en su misma situación. Así que decidieron prepararse mejor. Viajaron por varias partes del mundo, aprendiendo y estudiando, no solo sobre negocios, sino sobre bioneuroemoción, programación neurolingüística, hipnosis ericksoniana, por mencionar algunos temas. Ahora son terapeutas certificados en barras de acceso (Access bars) y entrenadores emocionales (emotional coaching). Por ello, fundaron BNE Consulting LLC donde ayudan a mucha gente. “Trabajamos y ayudamos en la construcción mental del ser humano” Explica Javier.

Actualmente Javier Jr., Jonatan y Miguel Encinas están a cargo de G’s Flooring LLC, que se mantiene como la empresa de instalación de pisos residenciales y comerciales de mayor prestigio en el sur de Arizona. Por su parte, Juliette, aprovechando el antecedente de sus padres, entró al mundo de los bienes raíces al fundar su propia agencia: Galindos Custom Homes LLC.
A sus 48 años de edad, Javier disfruta de su familia y amigos, su trabajo, ayudar a las personas por medio del bienestar emocional, y ahora está iniciando otro proyecto con su nuevo socio, Fernando González, con quien fundó G&D Design: dedicada no solo a la construcción de casas, sino a la compra y remodelación de casas duplex, fourplex y casas custom, así como a la compra de terrenos o casas en mal estado para remodelar por completo, o proyectos especiales como techos, cocinas y baños, y lo mejor de todo es que cuentan con sus propios arquitectos.

This month, Hola Tucson Magazine visited Javier Galindo, one of the most successful businessmen in Southern Arizona, transformational coach and lecturer, author of best seller The path to become a millionaire, and founder of G’s Flooring LLC: the most prestigious construction company in the region.

Javier shared with Hola Tucson readers his inspirational history and took the opportunity to announce his new project with G&D Design, with which he is definitely innovating.
Despite his success, not everything was rosy for Javier. When his parents sent him from Nogales, Sonora, to the U.S., he started working in the construction industry as an apprentice of tile setter. “It was a challenging time full of hard work.” Said Javier. “But I liked it, and I really wanted to do it.”
Javier married to Juanita, with whom he shared the journey of being husband and father at a young age, facing numerous difficulties, pain, and distress, which they overcame through mutual love and understanding. They raised together three children: Javier Jr, Jonatan and Juliette; and today they work at the family business.
G’s Flooring LLC
As any new beginning, it was a challenge for the ambitious young men, who, after of years of working from dawn till dusk, became the founder of G’s Flooring LLC. This experience inspired him to support people in similar a situation. Then, Javier and Juanita decided to improve their education. They traveled around the world learning and studying a variety of disciplines bioneuroemotion, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), and Ericksonian hypnosis to mention a few. Now they’re certified trainers on Access Bars and emotional coaching and founded BNE Consulting LLC to help others. “We work and support the construction of the human being mind.” Explains Javier.
Javier Jr., Jonatan y Miguel Encinas are now responsible for managing G’S Flooring LLC as the most prestigious flooring company in southern Arizona. As for Juliette, with her parents’ background, she founded her own company Galindos Custom Homes LLC and she became a realtor.
At 48 years old, Javier enjoys his family, his friends, his work, and helping others through emotional coaching. Now he started a partnership with Fernando González and founded G&D Designs, the best remodeling company in Tucson, Arizona. This new project includes general remodeling, kitchen and bath remodeling at reasonable prices and with fantastic designs carefully tailored to the client’s taste and needs.
